'I’m thrilled to bring my passion for creating memorable dining experiences to Boston’s highest-rated Forbes steakhouse.” Chef Vaughan has brought her own flair to the Encore team, drawing on her experience at top tier restaurants all over the country, most recently as the Executive Chef at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak in Seattle, Corporate Chef within the Mina Group, Executive Chef at The Beach Club in Santa Monica and Executive Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT in Beverly Hills. 'I’m excited to join the Encore Boston Harbor team,' said Vaughan. Rare Lounge is under the direction of Executive Chef Megan Vaughan, who recently joined Encore to head up Rare. Rare Lounge, celebrated its grand opening this week, right next to its big sister, Rare Steakhouse. There is a new kid on the block at Encore Boston Harbor.
